The Process

How Stamped Concrete Works

1. 01

   On-Site Assessment

   We come to your property and look at the ground, the slope, soil type, and access before we talk numbers. This is not a sales visit — it is how we figure out what the job actually requires.

2. 02

   Written Quote

   You get a written quote that lists the base depth, concrete thickness, mix spec, pattern, color, and sealer type. Nothing starts until you have that document in hand.

3. 03

   Ground Prep and Base Work

   We excavate to the right depth, remove soft spots, and compact a gravel base. This step is what separates a slab that lasts from one that cracks in three winters.

4. 04

   Pouring, Stamping, and Coloring

   We pour the concrete, apply the integral color or release agent, and press the stamps while the concrete is at the right stage. Timing here matters — rushing this step ruins the texture.

5. 05

   Sealing and Cure

   Once the slab cures, we apply a penetrating sealer rated for freeze-thaw conditions. We walk you through how long to stay off it and what to watch for in the first few weeks.
